For Prima Diffusa, the students of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala present their interpretation of Attila through an exhibition project spread across multiple venues in the city. Conceived to highlight the many technical and artistic professions behind an opera production, the initiative showcases the contributions of set designers, tailors, specialists in makeup and special effects, lighting designers, photographers, and videomakers.
Opening on December 1 in the Sala Viscontea of the Castello Sforzesco and continuing until December 9 at CineTeatro Delfino, Spazio Tadini, and Barrio’s, the project offers a personal reading of Verdi’s Attila. Through installations and creative interventions, the students illuminate the hidden craftsmanship that sustains the operatic stage, revealing the intricate interplay of artistry and technique that brings a production to life.
