Reprimanded for refusing to do his homework — and for the considerable cheek he shows his mother in the process — a young boy is confined to his room for the rest of the day as punishment. He throws a tantrum and wreaks havoc: a tea set is smashed to pieces, books are torn, even the cat is terrorized. Then, as if by magic, the disgruntled objects come to life! Even the boy’s homework takes the form of an elderly gentleman accompanied by a chorus of numbers. They all sing of the distress the child has inflicted upon them and their desire for revenge. Will the young boy learn his lesson not to lose his temper before it is too late?
